Amy Blaha is a retired schoolteacher with 31 years of dedicated service to shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning. A proud mother of three wonderful children (Doug, Eliza, Brayden) and married to an amazing husband (Doug Sr.), Amy has always cherished family as the cornerstone of her life. Raised in Boone County, she holds deep roots in her community and is grateful for the blessings that have come her way, which she credits to the Lord.

Outside of her professional and family life, Amy has a passion for gardening, finding peace and joy in nurturing the earth. She also enjoys staying active by playing pickleball, a sport that keeps her connected with friends and her love for healthy living. Throughout her life, Amy has made it a priority to help others, always offering a kind hand and compassionate heart to those in need.
